SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow 3-7 business days for the processing and shipping of your order, as your order is custom and printed on demand. While we work hard to ship as fast as possible, we may need extra time when we get an abundance of orders (such as around holidays)

IS MY PACKAGED COVERED BY INSURANCE?

Ship at your own risk. We do not cover lost, missing, or stolen packages. Domestic Shipping: If you would like to insure your package, please choose ‘Priority’ at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated by the weight and the location it’s being shipped to.
If you need your order to be rushed, please email us and choose the 'priority' shipping method. If you prefer overnight shipping, please email us as well for additional fee!

If you’d rather have your order packaged in a box, you can choose ‘Priority Mail Medium Box’ at checkout for an additional fee.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Once a package leaves the USA Proud Tees facilities, we have the same tracking status access that you do. So, if your package is lost in transit - or states ‘Delivered’ - go straight to your post office with your tracking number, and they’ll be able to assist you. Again, we do not cover lost, stolen, or missing packages that are not insured.
